"Uji Juui Story" (宇治拾位物語 - Uji Juui Monogatari) is a pun on "Uji Shuui Monogatari" (宇治拾遺物語). Uji Juui means something like "Ten rank".

Refers to politician Murata Renhou. Normally, when she's mentioned in manga, the name is censored to something like "R*hou" or "Renh*", but her full name appeared recently in a chapter of Gintama. Kumeta didn't censor it in this chapter either, and may be referring to the controversy that erupted after the Gintama chapter was published.
